There are a limited number of properties available to bid on via HomefinderRCT as a result of the Covid19 situation. If you login to your account to receive a message stating '0 Eligible Properties' this is likely to mean that there are no properties available on this lettings cycle that match the size or type of property that you need. Please check each week for details of any changes.
The Council’s Contact Centre has been repurposed to respond to the coronavirus – this means that HomefinderRCT customers are unable to contact us by telephone.
You can apply for housing with HomefinderRCT by registering an account here and following the link to 'Apply for Social Housing'. If you have a query concerning an existing application you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a website message via your HomefinderRCT account.
