HomefinderRCT are proud to work in partnership with 7 different housing associations from around Rhondda Cynon Taff.
By making an application with HomefinderRCT you may be allocated a home owned by any of these 7 partners. In total, there are over 15,000 housing association homes within the borough which will be advertised through the HomefinderRCT website when they become available for letting.

What can a Housing Association offer me?
Housing Association properties are homes that are available at affordable rents.
If you rent a home from a Housing Association you will have a designated Housing Officer who will be able to help you if you have difficutlies in your property.
Each Housing Association has a repairs team who will be able to help you if repairs are required.
You may be able to become take part in a tenants and residents committee, a tenant participation group or be involved in acommunity event organised by your Housing Association.
Each Housing Association is different but all have the same goal of helping you to sustain your tenancy.
